The Spring-Ford Alumni Band If you had a blast playing in the band or marching in the band front in high school… If you would still enjoy playing or marching with other enthusiastic musicians (as well as old school friends) at local events or in concert… If you’ve seen and heard the alumni bands from Boyertown, Reading, Chichester, or other regional high schools and wished for the opportunity to participate in something similar with your own friends from high school days… …then you belong in the Spring-Ford Alumni Band Although the band is sponsored by the Spring-Ford High School Alumni Association, you need not be a Spring-Ford graduate to participate. The Spring-Ford Alumni Band is open to all interested musicians in the Spring-Ford school district and surrounding area. This is a terrific opportunity to participate as adults in what was, for many of us, one of the genuine highlights of our high school years. Furthermore, the band requires no set commitment from participants; but with a greater level of participation, more opportunities will inevitably open up…and more fun will be had by all. So dig out that horn or resurrect those marching shoes, dust ‘em off, and come on out!
